AIFILTECH 6-Core Metal Filter Diesel Generator Exhaust Gas Purifier

The AIFILTECH 6-Core Metal Filter Diesel Generator Exhaust Gas Purifier uses a stainless steel housing with six circular clamp-type inspection covers on the front face. Each metal filter core can be pulled out and washed individually without removing the whole unit, and the elbow inlet is easy to connect to the generator exhaust pipe. Carbon particulate is captured by the filter core wall from the outside in, delivering over 90% particulate filtration efficiency with a measured light absorption coefficient below 1 m-1.

Exhaust from the generator set enters the purifier through the elbow inlet. Gas laden with carbon particulate passes through the metal filter core wall from the outside in; the particulate is captured on the wall and clean gas leaves through the outlet. As back pressure rises to the set value, the unit is shut down, the clamp-type inspection covers are opened and the cores are rinsed with water, completing regeneration in about one minute.
