AIFILTECH (Guangzhou Tuokai Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.) is a research-driven manufacturer of high-temperature dust collection and exhaust purification equipment, integrating R&D, process development, manufacturing and system integration. We hold a Chinese invention patent for exhaust particulate traps (Patent No. ZL 2018 1 0598975.7) and independently master the forming processes for high-temperature filter media, so our ceramic fiber filter tubes, metal filter bags and metal filter elements are produced in-house rather than bought in.
Founded in 2018 by a team with over 20 years of experience in high-temperature flue gas treatment and diesel engine exhaust after-treatment, and supported by European technical experts, AIFILTECH focuses on diesel generator set exhaust purification, complemented by diesel vehicle DPF systems and complete high-temperature dust collector systems. More than 5,000 units have been delivered for forklifts, construction machinery, trucks, generator sets and industrial flue gas applications.
What We Manufacture
- Diesel exhaust purification — water-washable metal DPF particulate traps, dry black smoke purifiers and DOC+SCR+DPF+ASC systems for generator sets, construction machinery, forklifts, on-road trucks and airport ground-support vehicles.
- High-temperature filter media — ceramic fiber filter tubes, metal filter bags and sintered metal filter elements, made with our own forming processes for metallurgy, glass, cement, coking and waste incineration duty.
- High-temperature dust collector systems — complete units integrating casing, tube sheet, pulse-jet cleaning, ash discharge and PLC control, sized to gas volume, temperature and the emission limit you must meet.
- Engineering service — duty review, selection, custom fabrication, installation guidance and commissioning for new installations and ESP-to-bag conversions.
In-House Manufacturing
Filter media forming, sheet-metal fabrication, welding and final assembly are carried out in our own workshop in Guangzhou. Purifier dimensions, core count and mounting are built to the host engine model and the available installation space, and multi-core units are produced in batches for genset and machinery fleets.

- CMA/CNAS-accredited test report No. K20-WT50002 — diesel exhaust purifier compliance test.
- TPS metal exhaust purifier particulate filtration efficiency above 90%; SCR denitration efficiency above 95%.
- Metal filter bags and ceramic fiber filter tubes for outlet dust concentration below 5 mg/Nm³.
