Hydrogen Electrolyzer
Electrode and diffusion media for alkaline, PEM and AEM water electrolysis: porous titanium plate, sintered nickel fiber felt and mesh-reinforced composite nickel felt, covering electrode substrates, gas diffusion layers and electrolyte filtration. Pore size, thickness, basis weight and sheet size are made to the electrolyser stack.
Porous Titanium Plate
Rigid porous plate made from Grade 1 titanium powder by cold isostatic pressing and vacuum sintering, 25-50% porosity and 5-100 um rating, used as PEM and AEM electrolyser gas diffusion layer and titanium electrode substrate; cut, welded and machined to drawing.

Sintered felt of 99.5% plus pure nickel fiber, 50-80% porosity and 18-60 um pore size, with 3D interconnected pores for electrolyte wetting and bubble release; electrode substrate and diffusion layer for alkaline and AEM electrolysers, up to 800 x 1500 mm.

Nickel fiber felt co-sintered with expanded nickel mesh into one body: felt for porosity, mesh for strength and conductivity, 0.3-1.5 mm thick, for large-area electrodes and clamped assemblies, with no delamination and no fiber shedding.
