Automatic Filter Washing Equipment for Metal DPF
Once a fleet or workshop holds more than a handful of elements, manual rinsing becomes the bottleneck: one element at a time under the tap, rotated by hand, with no guarantee each one is fully cleaned. This automatic washing unit hands the job to the machine: high-speed rotating water scours the element surface, reverse rotation tackles stubborn deposits, and the waste water is settled, filtered and discharged with the carbon particles collected for disposal.

How it works: water replaces hands
Four steps: fill the vessel until the water covers the element end cap; place the element upright inside; clamp the lid shut; switch on the power. A motor spins the impeller at the vessel bottom, driving the water into a fast rotation that keeps soaking and scouring soot off the element surface. The impeller can also reverse, driving the water the opposite way, for elements whose deposits are sticky or long overdue for a wash.

Waste water: two minutes to settle, then filter
When the water turns visibly black, remove the element, add a small dose of flocculant and wait about 2 minutes for the water to clarify. Open the side drain: the water passes through a filtered collection tube that traps the carbon particles, which go into a collection bag for disposal, and the clarified water is discharged.
Who it is for
Fleets, service and retrofit shops, and equipment rental companies that hold many elements. The full manual rinsing procedure is in the maintenance guide; back-pressure judgement is on the working-principle page; complete units are on the product page.
Build to order
If you need to wash several elements in one go, the vessel and motor can be configured for your element diameter, height and quantity.
FAQ
How many elements can it wash at once?
The standard unit is single-element. Multi-element units are built to order, with vessel size and motor power set by element diameter, height and quantity.
How is it different from manual rinsing?
Same water-washing logic, different execution: no need to hold and rotate the element under a tap, and heavily fouled elements can be cleaned with the reverse-rotation mode. Consistency improves as well.
What does it need to run?
Ordinary tap water and a power supply. The unit is mobile, so it works both in the workshop and on site.
Can the black waste water be poured away?
Not directly. Add a small dose of flocculant, let it settle for about 2 minutes, then drain through the side outlet; a filtered collection tube traps the carbon particles for disposal in a collection bag, and the clarified water can be discharged.
Will it wash elements from other water-washable brands?
It is designed for water-washable metal elements; any element of matching diameter and height can be processed.
