01 Product Overview
The ducting scope covers collector inlet/outlet mains, furnace branch ducts and fan-to-stack connections. Diameter, velocity and slope are set by gas temperature and dust properties; metal expansion joints and stainless hoses absorb thermal movement and equipment vibration. Routing reserves maintenance space, and bends and reducers are designed for low pressure drop with minimal dust accumulation.
02 Key Technical Points
Expansion joints are selected by thermal elongation and gas temperature, bellows material by flue gas composition; metal hoses serve vibrating interfaces such as fans; support spacing and spring hangers are verified against pipe loads; welding and NDT follow standards, with ash passage and tightness checks after installation.
