01 Product Overview
Insulation of hot dust collection systems directly affects equipment life and energy consumption. AIFILTECH insulates collector casings, ducts, cyclones and expansion joints, selecting ceramic fiber modules and alumina-silica blankets by medium temperature, laid in staggered layers and finished with galvanized or stainless cladding for weather protection.
02 Workmanship
Surface preparation and anchor welding - staggered layered ceramic fiber blanket/module installation - metal cladding with seaming - removable sections at expansion joints and flanges. Compaction density and joint tightness are controlled to avoid thermal bridges and air leakage.
