The product has passed tests by CMA, CAL, ILAC-MRA and CNAS accredited laboratories and obtained a qualified report, with a measured light absorption coefficient of less than 0.5 m⁻¹, meeting current emission standards.
Since the AIFILTECH water-washable regenerative metal purifier was successfully developed, the core product has accumulated nearly 5,000 sets of application cases in the after-treatment industry and has grown into a core equipment supplier for mainstream non-road diesel vehicle retrofit and purification in China. As early as 2018 the company took part in the non-road vehicle retrofit programme in Nanjing through its channels and now has nearly 1,000 successful cases in the Nanjing market, with users across the country. The product has been applied in demanding non-road scenarios such as Beijing Capital International Airport, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, Xiamen Airport, Nanchang Airport and Nanning Airport, and is widely used at port terminals, in enterprise forklift fleets and on engineering machinery.
Typical applications: airport ground support equipment such as boarding bridges, baggage tractors and apron vehicles. The model is already in volume service in these applications, with selection calculation, installation guidance and commissioning support provided.
Where conditions are harsh, smoke density is high and maintenance intervals should be as long as possible, an optional multi-stage filtration system — primary + intermediate + high-efficiency — can be fitted. The primary stage uses a lower-precision high-temperature-resistant medium to capture large-diameter soot; the intermediate stage uses a higher-precision medium for medium-diameter soot; the final high-efficiency stage uses high-precision metal media for the finest soot. Three-stage filtration lets the exhaust meet emission standards while greatly extending maintenance and cleaning intervals. In an actual airport vehicle application, even with about four hours of continuous daily use, the unit ran for 30 consecutive days with back pressure kept below 15 kPa.
