The AIFILTECH 12-Core Diesel Generator Exhaust Gas Purifier with Bypass Butterfly Valve integrates a pneumatic bypass butterfly valve and a pressure gauge into the standard twelve-core metal filter housing. The bypass branch opens automatically when cores become blocked, back pressure exceeds the limit or the generator starts in emergency mode, preventing shutdown caused by restricted exhaust. The gauge shows the differential pressure across the cores so regeneration timing can be judged precisely. The same unit suits engine test benches where back pressure and emission data must be logged.

Exhaust from the generator enters the housing through the inlet flange, and twelve parallel metal filter cores capture carbon particulate before clean gas leaves the outlet. The bypass valve stays normally closed so all exhaust passes through the cores. When the gauge indicates back pressure above the set value, or when the generator runs in emergency mode, the pneumatic actuator opens the bypass valve and exhaust leaves through the bypass branch, keeping the generator online.
