AIFILTECH High-Temperature Induced Draft Fan

Media temp Up to 650 C
Flow Up to 200k m³/h
Drive VFD option

Product Introduction

High-temperature induced draft fans use heat-resistant steel impellers with water/air-cooled bearing housings for media up to 250-650 C - drawing and conveying hot flue gas in kilns, boilers, drying lines and dust collection systems.

Detailed Overview

01 Product Overview

The ID fan consists of a heat-resistant alloy steel impeller (dynamically balanced), casing, water- or air-cooled bearing housing and drive set. The impeller retains strength and stiffness at temperature, while cooled bearings stay within safe limits. VFD motors and soft starters allow airflow adjustment to process conditions.

02 Performance & Mechanism

The motor drives the impeller through coupling or belt; gas gains kinetic and pressure energy by centrifugal force and exits the volute while the inlet draws in flue gas continuously. Water-cooled bearings block heat conduction for long bearing life in hot service.

03 Advantages

  • Media temperature 250-650 C with heat-resistant steel impeller; 2. Water/air-cooled bearings for continuous hot operation; 3. Dynamically balanced for low vibration and noise; 4. VFD option for airflow matching; 5. Flow range 1,000-200,000 m3/h.

04 Applications

For ceramic and brick kilns, boiler flue gas, drying lines and upstream of high-temperature dust collectors. Selection calculation (flow/pressure/media temperature), foundation drawings and commissioning support.
