Product Introduction
High-temperature sealing rings are made from reinforced ceramic fiber, graphite or mica, rated 500-1000 C with good recovery and reliable sealing for kilns, burners, flanges and exhaust piping.
High-temperature sealing rings are made from reinforced ceramic fiber, graphite or mica, rated 500-1000 C with good recovery and reliable sealing for kilns, burners, flanges and exhaust piping.
Sealing rings are die-cut, wound or metal-frame reinforced from ceramic fiber paper/blanket, flexible graphite or mica sheet, in rectangular, O-ring or V-ring sections. High compression recovery compensates for flange unevenness and thermal deformation; no harmful volatiles, no brittleness or shedding at temperature.
Preload deforms the porous fiber or graphite material elasto-plastically to fill surface asperities. The material stays resilient at temperature, continuously compensating for gaps caused by thermal cycling and delivering long-term low-leakage sealing.
Static sealing for kiln flanges, burner connections, exhaust flanges, hot air ducts and valve bonnets. Standard sizes ex-stock plus custom production to drawing.
All data above are obtained under specific test conditions; the actual solution must be engineered to site conditions. AIFILTECH provides custom design and sizing based on actual gas volume, temperature, dust characteristics and emission limits.
