Its core is a TPS water-washable regenerative metal filter element (metal DPF, patent No. ZL 2018 1 0598975.7), delivering over 90% particulate filtration efficiency with one-minute water-wash regeneration, effectively eliminating black smoke produced by long idling. Nearly 5,000 units are in service nationwide.
Gas processing volume is customised to the engine displacement. The tractor engine bay is compact; chassis-side or tail-mounted installation is available.
Exhaust gas emitted by the diesel engine enters the AIFILTECH purifier at the inlet. The gas, laden with carbon particles, passes from the outside to the inside through the wall of each TPS water-washable metal filter element (metal DPF, patent No. ZL 2018 1 0598975.7), where the particles are captured; the clean gas leaves through the outlet.
The purifier is connected in-line after the vehicle's original exhaust pipe. Hot exhaust is filtered by the TPS metal elements; black smoke and carbon particles are held on the element surfaces while the cleaned gas discharges through the outlet. The compact element layout keeps back pressure low and barely affects vehicle performance.
As the vehicle runs, carbon particles accumulate on the element surfaces and back pressure gradually rises. Once it reaches the set value (typically 25 kPa), shut down the engine, release the clamps, pull out the elements and rinse them under a tap; refit and re-tighten the clamps and the unit is ready again. Regeneration takes about one minute — no replacement elements or consumables are needed.
The product has passed tests by CMA, CAL, ILAC-MRA and CNAS accredited laboratories and obtained a qualified report, with a measured light absorption coefficient of less than 0.5 m⁻¹, meeting current emission standards.
Since the AIFILTECH water-washable regenerative metal purifier was successfully developed, this core product line has accumulated nearly 5,000 installed cases in the after-treatment industry. Our products took part in non-road vehicle retrofit programs in Nanjing as early as 2018, with nearly 1,000 successful cases in the Nanjing market alone and users across the country.
