AIFILTECH Protective-Mesh Sintered Felt (Single/Double Side)

精度 3~200μm

Product Introduction

When the felt faces erosion, give it a skin. This sintered felt carries a protective woven mesh sintered onto one or both faces; the fixed mesh apertures concentrate the pore distribution, making the rating easy to control while raising compressive and tensile strength. High porosity, easy backwashing, 450°C continuous duty, fibers stay put.

Detailed Overview

01 Product Overview

Stainless steel fiber felt can be produced with a protective mesh sintered on one or both sides. The mesh apertures are fixed and uniform, so the pore distribution concentrates and the rating is easy to control, while compressive and tensile strength rise markedly.

02 Performance

High porosity and permeability mean low pressure loss, high flow and large dirt capacity; pressure rises slowly in service and change intervals stretch. The felt works at 450°C continuously and resists acids, alkalis and solvents; fibers do not shed under strong liquid impact or vibration, and the medium is washable for repeated use.

03 Structure and Fabrication

Mesh layers (single or double side) and aperture spec follow the back pressure and erosion intensity. Finished felt goes into melt filter disc fabrication, polymer melt filtration, precision hydraulic and lube oil filtration, and hot gas dust filtration.

Sizing & selection Q&A

Which material, and up to what temperature?

310S·316L, rated to 450°C continuous. The grade follows media temperature, corrosion and erosion — never the lowest quotation.

What rating can you hold?

Rated 3-200μm, selected within that band for the duty; finer ratings shorten the backwash interval.

Can it be built to drawing?

Yes — tooling for moulded parts, cut-to-size for sheet and felt, standard size 1500×1200mm, welded assemblies included.

Minimum order and lead time?

Small trial batches are accepted and common sizes are held in stock.

Can we validate a sample first?

Yes. A small batch can be produced from your drawing or sample, run on your line, and scaled up only after both sides accept the result.

Applications

Melt disc fabrication Polymer melt filtration Hydraulic and lube oil Hot gas filtration

All data above are obtained under specific test conditions; the actual solution must be engineered to site conditions. AIFILTECH provides custom design and sizing based on actual gas volume, temperature, dust characteristics and emission limits.
