The pressure limit of a sintered mesh cartridge is set by the material, not the filter layer. Woven screens are stacked, pressed and vacuum-sintered into one rigid body with stable pore geometry: 1-200μm, reusable under high-pressure backwash, in 304 through 904L and 2205 grades, built to the equipment drawing.
Sintered mesh cartridges are rolled and welded from multi-layer sintered mesh. The interlocking pore structure is uniform and stable, and the material offers what plain woven screen cannot: high strength, rigidity and stable pore shape, with porosity, permeability and strength matched to the duty.
Standard end fittings cover single-open-end, double-open-end, threaded and flanged connections; caps and cores follow the equipment. Length, diameter and rating are built to drawing, with grades from 304 to 904L and 2205 selected by corrosivity.

Up to the grade limit in 304·310S·316L·904L·2205. Near the ceiling, oxygen and velocity matter as much as temperature — reading one figure alone leads to the wrong grade.
Adjustable within 1-200μm. Finer rating costs flux, so the practical route is to work back from the allowed pressure drop.
