Product Introduction

AIFILTECH pulse-jet cleaning systems include pulse valves, blow pipes, air manifolds and differential pressure controllers, operating at 0.4-0.6 MPa - fitting tube, cartridge and bag collectors for online row-by-row cleaning and long-term low-pressure-drop operation.

Detailed Overview

01 Product Overview

The system consists of an air manifold, pulse valves, blow pipes, cage/nozzle assembly and differential pressure controller. Triggered row by row by pressure drop or timer, each pulse valve releases a burst of compressed air that, through orifices and venturis, induces several times its own volume of secondary air into the filter media, generating a pressure wave that strips the dust cake in one piece. Blow pressure, orifice size and pulse width are customized per media type, balancing cleaning intensity with media life.

02 Working Principle

Cleaning performance depends on matching air volume, pressure and timing: manifold volume is sized per valve count to keep pressure drop within 20% during consecutive pulses; diaphragm life and response determine pulse consistency. On-demand cleaning by pressure drop saves over 30% air versus timed cleaning and avoids over-cleaning. Spray uniformity directly affects local media wear and outlet emission - nozzle-to-media alignment must be maintained within millimeters.

03 Advantages

  • 0.4-0.6 MPa blow pressure, low-pressure high-flow design suits rigid ceramic tubes; 2. Row-by-row / compartment cleaning allows online maintenance without shutdown; 3. On-demand cleaning by pressure drop saves over 30% air and prevents over-cleaning; 4. Long diaphragm life with high-temperature manifolds and dry air supply; 5. Fits ceramic tubes, metal cartridges and fabric bags with matching nozzles.

04 Applications

Supplied as OEM cleaning systems for new dust collectors and as retrofits for existing units - pulse valve replacement, manifold upgrade and troubleshooting for high dust load, cake blinding and poor cleaning performance.
