AIFILTECH Modular High-Temp Dust Collector - Integrated Hot Gas Filtration Unit

风量 3000~50000 m³/h
集成 五位一体
控制 PLC自动

Product Introduction

AIFILTECH modular high-temp dust collectors integrate the filter casing, hopper, rotary discharge valve, high-pressure fan and control cabinet in one unit, fully commissioned before shipment - install, connect and run. Single-unit capacity 3000-50000 m3/h, expandable by parallel operation.

Detailed Overview

01 Product Overview

The unit features an integrated design: upper filter casing with cartridges/tubes, middle conical hopper with rotary discharge valve for continuous ash removal, and a steel base frame carrying the high-pressure centrifugal fan and pulse-cleaning control cabinet. Welding inspection, air-tightness test and trial run are completed before shipment; on site, only ducts, power and compressed air need connecting - greatly shortening installation time. Suitable for concentrated workshop dust control, process exhaust pre-treatment, or in series with heat exchangers and adsorption towers.

02 Working Principle

Dust-laden gas enters at the hopper section where large particles settle by inertia; finer particles rise with the airflow into the filter section and are captured on the cartridge/tube surface, while clean gas is drawn out by the fan. A differential pressure gauge monitors filter resistance; at the set point the pulse controller automatically cleans row by row, and the discharge valve removes ash on timer - fully automatic operation throughout.

03 Advantages

  • Five-in-one design - filtration, cleaning, discharge, fan and control, commissioned as a whole; 2. Install-connect-run on site, cutting installation time by over 60% vs split systems; 3. 3000-50000 m3/h per unit, flexibly expandable in parallel; 4. PLC automatic control - on-pressure cleaning, timed discharge and fault alarms; 5. Optional high-temperature filter media and insulation for hot gas duty.

04 Applications

Applied to foundry workshops, grinding and polishing, cutting stations, boiler and kiln exhaust dust control. Single-unit or parallel multi-unit layouts are available per space and air volume, supporting rooftop and outdoor installation.

Applications

Workshop dust Boiler duty Grinding & cutting Kiln exhaust

All data above are obtained under specific test conditions; the actual solution must be engineered to site conditions. AIFILTECH provides custom design and sizing based on actual gas volume, temperature, dust characteristics and emission limits.
