Its core is the TPS water-washable regenerative metal filter element (metal DPF, patent No. ZL 2018 1 0598975.7), delivering over 90% particulate filtration efficiency with one-minute water-wash regeneration.
Gas processing volume is engineered to the genset rating; units can be ceiling-hung, floor-mounted or roof-installed. Insulation cladding keeps surface temperature and engine-room heat load low, with stainless or aluminised-zinc outer sheet.
Site profile: high-power gensets and power plants run large, continuous exhaust flows and need a purification system that is engineered, delivered and commissioned as a complete package.
Genset exhaust enters the cylindrical purifier through the bellows piping and passes from outside to inside through the wall of each TPS element; carbon particles are held on the element surfaces and the cleaned gas leaves through the outlet manifold into the stack. Where tanks are installed in parallel, groups can be brought online or offline according to load.
Once the elements are loaded, the back-pressure signal prompts regeneration: shut down, open the quick-release clamps, rinse the elements and refit — the unit returns to service. Insulation keeps the tank surface within a safe temperature range and reduces heat radiation into the engine room. The control system monitors back pressure, valve position and fan status in one place, with automatic alarms.
The purification units in this system have passed tests by CMA, CAL, ILAC-MRA and CNAS accredited laboratories with a measured light absorption coefficient below 0.5 m⁻¹, meeting current emission standards.
