AIFILTECH Melt Filter Cartridges (Pleated Sintered Felt)

承压 30~90MPa

Product Introduction

The same housing, several times the area: a melt filter cartridge pleats stainless steel fiber felt or woven mesh into a corrugated pack, so dirt capacity rises and change intervals stretch. High porosity keeps pressure drop low at high viscosity; the element takes 30-90 MPa and returns to duty after chemical cleaning, calcination or ultrasonic washing.

Detailed Overview

01 Product Overview

Melt filter cartridges, also called pleated sintered felt cartridges, use two media: metal fiber felt, which can be graded from coarse to fine across layers for high porosity and dirt capacity, and woven metal mesh, which gives strength, cleanability and heat resistance.

02 Structure and Regeneration

Pleating multiplies the filter area several times, so the same housing holds more dirt and runs longer between changes. High porosity and permeability keep differential pressure low on viscous media. Regeneration is straightforward — chemical cleaning, calcination and ultrasonic washing — and the cartridge returns to service repeatedly. End fittings follow the equipment: single-open-end, double-open-end or flanged.

03 Applications

High-temperature fiber melt; polymer melt on polyester and film lines; hot, viscous liquids; diesel exhaust purification as purifier media; chemical plant liquid filtration.

Sizing & selection Q&A

Which material, and up to what temperature?

316L·310S. The grade follows media temperature, corrosion and erosion — never the lowest quotation.

What rating can you hold?

Rated 3-200μm, selected within that band for the duty; finer ratings shorten the backwash interval.

Can it be built to drawing?

Yes — tooling for moulded parts, cut-to-size for sheet and felt, standard size Built to order, welded assemblies included.

Minimum order and lead time?

Small trial batches are accepted and common sizes are held in stock.

Can we validate a sample first?

Yes. A small batch can be produced from your drawing or sample, run on your line, and scaled up only after both sides accept the result.

Applications

Fiber melt Polyester and film lines Hot viscous liquids Diesel exhaust purification
