01 Product Overview
The casing and steel structure carry long-term filter performance. AIFILTECH fabricates and erects collector casings, roof tube-sheet walkways, access ways, handrails and stairs. Tube sheet hole accuracy and flatness meet filter installation tolerances; casing welds are tightened for leakage; internal flow guidance and inlet manifold layout balance gas distribution with maintenance access.
02 Fabrication Points
CNC/laser cutting for tube sheet hole accuracy; modular casing sections assembled on site; anti-slip grating, handrails and toe boards per safety codes; datum reserved for blow pipes and valve groups; continuous welds with leakage checks.
